Previous incidents

A patch has been applied to appointment webhooks which restores their previous behaviour and answers payload.

Direct Appointment API requests were not affected by this issue.

Patches have rolled out and system is back to 100% stability.

We will continue to monitor throughout the day, please report if you are still observing performance issues with your account.

We rolled back the booking forms configuration change and all forms were restored within 10 minutes and no further issues are being detected.

Some patients may have been unable to book during this time period. Trying again via a page reload or clicking the link again will allow them to book.
