We are performing background maintenance and upgrades across our database clusters. No downtime or performance impacts are expected during this time.
Forms upgrade

We are launching new features and improvements to all forms across the platform. Some URLs may change depending on alias configurations, but redirects will be put in place to ensure all existing URLs continue to work. This is a gradual rollout and we are upgrading accounts in batches.
No action is required and no downtime is expected.
Reports of double appointments being created

Forms are now patched and we are no longer creating extra appointments in some cases. Our team will continue to monitor appointment creation throughout the day.
