All forms are back to their working states. Clients making form submissions and bookings between 00:45 and 01:10 UTC may have encountered issues and will need to resubmit if they were displayed with an error message instead of a confirmation screen.

Our team have been alerted to increased error rates on form submissions across the platform. We have identified the issue and aim to have a patch available shortly.
