All events have been replayed for all accounts that were affected during the time period.
Between 12:46 and 13:36 UTC our system was unable to process webhooks or notifications. Any events that were not delivered during that time were re-queued and delivered no later than 18:00 UTC.
Our investigations show no data was lost during this time period and all accounts are fully up to date.

We've identified the problem and a patch has been applied to restore functionality.
The team are currently assessing how many appointments were affected and working on resending any missing webhooks/notification events throughout the system.

We've been alerted to an increased error rate across a number of integrations. Webhooks and Booking notifications are not being delivered as expected.
